The TAIS Innovation and Technology Institute is a conference for independent school IT Directors, Tech Integrationists, EC-12th Grade Teachers and administrators. The presenters are either TAIS member school teachers/administrators or TAIS Corporate Sponsors.  We expect to have 150+ people in attendance.


Vendor Registration Information

Fee:  $250 

Fee for TAIS Corporate Sponsors/Friends:  $187.50

Registration Cut-Off Date:  October 30, 2019

Your registration fee includes the following:

  • 8' Table (please bring your own table cloth)
  • Access to electricity
  • Access to WiFi
  • Breakfast, Snack, Lunch
  • Conference Access for Two Representatives
  • List of attendees, plus their schools and email addresses

 

Set-Up & Break-Down

On Monday, November 4th, you may set up starting at 7:30am. When you arrive on campus, signage will lead you to parking. There will also be signage to show you where you may load/unload your vehicle. Break-down is at 1:20, which is after the lunch kick-off speaker.

You're welcome to join the optional dinner on November 3rd from 6:30 to 8:30.  Some attendees, especially those coming in from out of town, will meet for dinner and drinks at Jonathan's Grille.  This restaurant is located next to the conference hotel.  We have a room reserved where we'll have tables set up by IT Directors and the different divisions for teachers and administrators:  Early Childhood/Lower School, Middle School, and Upper School.  Everyone is responsible for their own costs at Jonathan's Grille.

The attendees have two more blocks of sessions.  One begins at 1:10 and the last one begins at 2:10.  The event concludes at 3:10.
